Full Throttle Pawn at 1350 Joe Frank Harris Parkway Southeast, Cartersville, Georgia.

We had a lay a way that we could not make a payment at the time, they returned the lay a way to the sales floor and the lady rudely stated we could not put the money towards another purchase, that we totally lost our 200 dollars. I will never shop this pawn shop again nor do I recommend any one else to.

I had placed a item on lay a way, and we had some financial issues, called to see if we had any option robbed for the 170 dollars we had payed in already and the lady rudely stated NO refund or exchange, could not even offer an option to pick up item. I feel like I was just robbed, the lady even seemed over joyed to tell me that I lost my money. I will never shop at this pawn shop again and will inform all my friends the same.
