Paid him to package and ship a computer to a client and the client received it damaged in multiple places, including both 23" LCD monitors (of which are not inexpensive, new or used). He blames UPS even though it's his packaging that was not in accordance to UPS regulations. Cost me plenty of money in client refunds, fees, etc, not to mention UPS paid $125 (a fraction the cost of a single monitor replacement), and he refuses to accept his negligence and reimburst what I paid him to correctly pack the merchandise and assure safe delivery. Never again....I should have listened to instinct when I walked in and the disorganization and clutter of the store front told me to find somewhere else to ship from. If it is UPS, go to UPS STORE by Walmart! They make sure every package is safe and on time.
