Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits at 1371 Joe Frank Harris Parkway Southeast, Cartersville, Georgia.

We have gone to the location for years..about 2 months ago we did the survey for a free sausage biscuit..well they didn't give us the biscuit. The next trip we let the manager know that we did the next survey and it wouldn't be a good score because of the previous trip and not getting our free biscuit. He informed us the person responsible had been fired for many things including not giving people all of their order. Fast forward to this Friday and they have a sell on bacon egg and cheese biscuits... The new employee couldn't take our order..had the whole thing messed up..we get home and there is barely a little piece of egg on each biscuit. I hope they can some good staff soon otherwise they will start losing business.
